Welcome
Ok, this is the established Guild Raid loot rules, to avoid any unfortunate incidents and miscommunications between members, this is the documented set rules.

1. Main Tank gets priority on ALL Tank loot, don't even roll on it unless they don't need it, then regular loot rules apply, Main Spec first, Off Spec second.

2. "Core" group members (including aforementioned Main Tank, OT, Healers, main DPS) get the same priority on loot, there is a reason for this. Once we have our core people geared out and are able to roll bosses because the tank/s lives longer, the healers have better ability to heal, and main DPS can burn them down the faster and more successfully we can put bosses on farm status and get everyone geared out.

3. When rolling on raid loot there will be a limit of 1 upgrade per person, per section of a dungeon, (i.e. Storming the Citadel, Marrowgar-Saurfang) unless there is not another person in the raid who can use it mainspec.

4. Deals made behind the scenes for specific drops are between the 2 parties involved, but if you sell a piece of loot you cannot roll on anything else until we are through that section of the dungeon, so carefully weigh the cost of selling that drop, because nothing is certain to drop anytime. Giving a drop away to someone else who needs the drop will not count against you, but selling will.

5. Bitching and whining about not getting something will not get you anywhere, we don't control what boss will drop what loot. Each boss has a specified loot table of anywhere from 5-15 items or more and will drop 2 of those items, we don't know whats going to drop or when. All that bitching and moaning will do is piss people off.

6. Deposits MUST be made into GB prior to raids in order to use the Guild Repair function, remember we are a collective group here, asking a few people to foot everyones repair bills while doing guild events is not fair. Do your part b/c without the guy next to you in the raid you ain't gettin shit anyways.

7. Everyone in the raid MUST be in Vent, you don't have to talk (infact theres some people we wish wouldn't!) but you have to be able to hear what the raid leaders are saying. No vent = no raids = no loot for you ! Exceptions to this can be made, but don't count on getting away with it if you are just lazy.

8. This is a game, it's pixels on a computer screen. Keep in mind you are dealing with other REAL LIFE people, disrespectful remarks, rudeness and just being a wanker in general will not be tolerated in any form.

9. Know your role, if you are standing in fire/ice/black circles of death and die REPEATEDLY you are ineligible from rolling on loot. if you are standing where you have been told not to stand, (i.e. in front of the mob where only the tank should be) and die repeatedly you will not be able to roll. mistakes happen so it will be case by case basis unless, like sai you do these things repeatedly. Also while raid leaders might give reminders on fights it is YOUR responsibility to go and research the fights and your role in them, they are readily availible on sites like Tankspot.com , Youtube, and can be read about on sites like Elitistjerks.com and MMOChampion.com .
